Jesus lamented over Jerusalem, knowing the city had such a great spiritual need but yet was unwilling to hear God's word.. He wanted gather its citizens like a hen gathers her chicks and lead them to righteousness and God's blessing, but they refused. Still he set his face with determination toward Jerusalem.
