A HEART-HEALTHY DIET

One of the most powerful teaching of the New Testament comes from Matthew 15 when Jesus told his disciples that what goes in to a person come back out. He used physical food as an example, but his focus was on spiritual food. Garbage in--garbage out  vs. good things in--good things out.

STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN

Back in the 70s the rock band Led Zeppelin had a big hit called Stairway to Heaven. The lyrics of the song talked about a lady who was attempting to buy this "stairway." She was convinced that all that glitters is gold. Fortune and fame in this world can open a lot of doors, but I'm sorry, you can't buy the stairway to heaven.
